Info and Tid bits on being ready for your slot.

Go thru the schedule for each day of the fest and find your name. Click on your name and make sure the link works. Also make sure it is the link that you would like. If you have any questions about your link or the schedule, email us here.

Report to your stage slot 30 minutes ahead of time and check in near the sound booth.

Each time segment is broken down for you to do 2-3 original songs for each day you are at the fest.

Pick up passes at the fest information booth near the main stage when you arrive at the fest.

Aside from these scheduled slots there are also unscheduled Create-A- Round play opportunities. So don't be shy.

On stage, registered performing writers can play solo, duo or with other registered writers to get your message out.  Their will be 4 mics and 4 plug ins. The stages are designed to plug and play. Each stage will have a person to run sound.

Small band units are welcome. If you have percussion, you have one mic. Use bongos, brushes on a suit case, single snare, etc. (get quick and creative.)  No drum kits, special amps or effects, etc.  The fest is more about the song and the writer.

Do not print out the schedule until just before leaving to come to the fest as there may be slight changes or adjustments as it is fine tuned. Schedules will be posted at the fest info booth and at all the stages.

The schedule is a living thing made of people, come be that person.  Relax and have fun. Playing on stage is just a small part of the big picture. Don't stress out on it. You'll do fine. Remember...we're just songwriters. :)
