At 6 pm,  A Special Guest  will start things off. About 6:30 the writers start finding their place in the mix at the  various  stages Unscheduled Create-A-Rounds pop up throughout the evening. Some writers browse a Booth or drop off their CDs to display at the Writer's Table. The multiple stages  humming till 2AM. Then after all the stages close, the hard core gather and play unplugged at the Alley Cat Open Sing Ring till sunrise. Thus begins a life changing weekend, so pace your self.

Day 2: It's Saturday morning @ 10 AM the Writers who got some rest are up-and-about getting first hand experience of the Row. The second day of the Pro Instructors Seminar Part II begins at 10 am along with the Open House. The various stages fire off again at noon and booths are open for traffic. Little clusters of writers develop, each sharing stories and talking shop.

At various times of the day and night there are featured writer segments intermingled with other new talent. Everyone is laid back and having a meaningful experience. The stages close down at 2 AM again and the really late niters head for the Alley Cat Open Sing Ring. Meow, Meow. By the end of the second day, Fest Heads have been effectively scattered  from one end of the Row to the other.

Day 3: It's  Sunday Morning 8 AM and thus begins a special  Christian Music Segment at one of the open stages. A special emphasis on Gospel related music is pursued till about noon. The Pro Instructor Seminar Part III has kicked off again at 10am and the early birds hit the Row again. The Open House and Booths reopen.
At noon all the stages are fired back up and it's business as usual. Some of the late-niter's begin straggling in and the party continues. Writers are dropping off last minute submissions for the "Fest Song Series" as the deadline approaches of the final day.

If anyone wants to get married at the Fest then this is the time we do it, free of charge. At 6 PM, the minister, "Coconut" Harley, plays a little harmonica to warm up the crowd. The bride and groom read a poem or play a special tune to each other on stage. Then it's off to the reception nearby. Don't worry. I think there will be plenty of live entertainment.

In the evening weary Fest Heads start gravitating to the main stage as we get ready to close the Fest with a big blow out. Songs and laughter pierce the final hours. Having gotten our musical fill, we yearn no more. Little elves clear the row of gear, stages, and by the next day it's like we never existed. Thank you volunteers!
The week following the Fest: Some writers are still hanging around the Row, following up on leads and cementing plans for the future. At least now you know your way around.
